Terms of delivery and return

General

Samaratak Oy, whose auxiliary business name “LuniLAB Customs” we use as a marketing name, business ID: 3230627-4, address: c / o Tilitoimisto, Pohjolankatu 9 B, 74100 Iisalmi; sells products to companies and adults in the EU. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.

These delivery terms are valid from 16.5.2022. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of the products in the e-commerce are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the cart before you accept the order. Product prices include the tax shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Shipping costs

The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs that will be charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Shipping countries

We are currently shipping to the following countries.
Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Germany. Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Czechia, Bulgaria, Spain, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia.

If your country is not listed, please contact us and we’ll check manually shipment costs and possibilities.

Ordering and confirming

You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and agree to our current delivery terms. You understand that your order, which you accept and confirm, is binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery, except as set forth below in the Terms of Right of Cancellation.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.

If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Method of delivery

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose in connection with your order.

If you chose collection as the delivery method, please contact customer service. We do not have a fixed office, so pick-up must be arranged separately.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to the EU are 1-14 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times will be announced in connection with the product options. We deliver packages for transportation 1-2 times a week.

Right of cancellation and return policy

Products have a 14-day return policy. The right to return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products unless there is a clear defect in them.

The return notification must be made clearly by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods by e-mail.

If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned to our Return Address below without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned on time, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund.

Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Inspection of delivery, error and problem situations

Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order or is defective, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act for errors.

Limitation of liability

LuniLAB Customs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages in connection with the order, delivery or product or for any of the foregoing, except as otherwise required by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such damages.

Disagreements

We will endeavor to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to arrange the matter.

If the dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
